Our new rental this year is our daughter's house "Deer Run House" at 441 Crooked Road and Deer Run Road - 5 minutes from the Ryan Estate, 1 mile from Hulls Cove beach, the ocean, the Hulls Cove General Store and gas station, and the Chart Room Restaurant. This house is only 5 years old.  Deer Run has 4 bedrooms - 1 king, 2 queen and a twin with a futon. Crib and extra beds are available.  Sliding glass doors open on to a large deck with a picnic table and BBQ. There's a very large lawn and the house is surrounded by woods.  There's lots of room for a kiddie pool on the lawn. You have a free washer and dryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, phone, electric heat, AC, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster-broiler, coffee maker, all pots, pans and utensils, and dishwasher.  All towels, sheets, quilts, & blankets are provided. The well is pristine like ours at the Ryan Estate. 1 mi. from Acadia National Park Entrance, 1/2 mi. to Lakewood swimming, 2 miles to town. Deer come to visit, crows sing from the tree tops, stars twinkle at night. Pet friendly. Non- smoking only.
